Memberships are processed by hand at the club hall or by e-transfer. Once you're on the roll, you receive your membership card, a range key, and the season's event calendar.

Memberships run on a calendar year from January 1 to December 31. Mid-year joiners are valid through December 31 of the same year.
Yes — upgrade from Individual to Family at any point by paying the difference. Contact the executive by email or at the hall.
Children under 18 are covered under a Family membership at no additional cost. They participate in junior archery and all youth programs.
Cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Payments can be made in person at the club hall during events or general meetings, or by e-transfer to our club email.
Membership fees are non-refundable once processed. If you have questions or concerns, reach out to the executive board.
Absolutely. Guests are welcome at most public events, including PAL courses and open archery nights. Attend an event first to see if the club fits.
